Q1: Can I get a sample before bulk order?

Yes. We can provide free A4 size samples for quality checking. For customized size or large samples, sample cost will be refunded after order confirmation.
Q2: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our MOQ is 5 tons. However, we accept trial orders for new customers. Please contact us for specific size and quantity.
Q3: What's the delivery time?
 Usually 7-15 working days after receiving the deposit. For stock sizes, delivery can be arranged within 3-5 days.
Q4: What grades and standards do you supply?
We supply SPCC, DC01, Q195, ST12 and more, compliant with JIS G3141, EN 10130, ASTM A1008 standards. If you need other grades, contact us for availability.
Q5: How do you ensure quality control?
We perform 100% inspection before delivery, and support third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TÜV) upon request. Mill test certificates (MTC) are provided for every batch.
Q6: What is your packaging method? Will the steel rust during shipping?
 All coils/sheets are packed with anti-rust paper + edge protector + steel belt + waterproof wrap + wooden pallet to ensure seaworthy protection. We also apply rust-proof oil if required.
